Incorrect Display of Time in MS ACCESS with ODBC Link to Teradata.

Has anyone ran into this problem? I have a table linked, in MS Access 2003, through the Teradata ODBC from our Data Warehouse. In any of the time feilds, that show just a time and no date, they default to whatever the date is that you run the query. For example in a query ran on 3/30/2007, a time feild with no time (ie...00:00:00 in Access97) will default to 3/30/2007 not the "00:00:00". In addition, any field with a time such as "14:07:20" will show as "3/30/2007 14:07:20".

Its probably a default setting somewhere within Access2003,I just don't know where.
