Re: Unable to find Aster version using query ,Can anyone help?

I don't believe there is a SQL query that can be run to get the database version, but here are three other ways to find this information:

1. Teradata Studio

When you're connected to an Aster Database TDStudio wil show the Aster Database Version. This is TDStudio version 16.0.1.201701310613, but I believe this feature exists in earlier releases.

2. AMC

Using the Aster Management Console you can find the Database version by clicking the About AMC at the bottom of the screen. This will give the release and your specific build.AMC.PNG

3. NCLI

Using NCLI, Aster's command line interface, we can look at information about each node which includes the Aster database version

> ncli node showversion
