CIM v7.1 installation error

CIM v7.1 installation error

Hello,

I get the following error when I try to install CIM 7.1 on a TD express virtual machine (v14.0/14.10) on the first step of the installation ('Database initialization and migration') :

 

- "The installation of Common Script Utility failed" (printscreen below)

- in the log it's written :

"Additional Notes: ERROR - build.xml:174: The following error occurred while executing this line:
C:\CIM dvd\Database\mdb\build.xml:39: The following error occurred while executing this line:
C:\CIM dvd\Database\mdb\tset.xml:42: Java returned: 100"

- as a result of the failure not all tables are created

Has anyone else encountered this error?

Please have a look at knowledge article KAP2C5ED6.  It has the same error message, and more details should be found in db_new_install_dblog.txt.

This was very helpful. An access right was missing for the CIM user on a DBC table.
