I really don't know how to fix this problem because I don't know, what is the problem???

I have seen similar errors with bad classpaths ...

Make sure you have terajdbc4.jar , tdgssconfig.jar and tdgssjava.jar in the classpath.

That exception typically means that tdgssconfig.jar is not accessible on your classpath.
