OBDC Segmentation fault / core dump on Solaris

Hello everybody

Here it is the problem :

I install
- the odbc drivers 12 install on solaris 10 (sparc)
- teradata 12
- unixODBC (2.2.14).

When i try the connection (isql) with a bad login/password it fail and it is of course normal
but when i try with a good login/password my connection fail with a segmentation fault / core dump.

I Reproduce exactly this problem with another computer on solaris :
- the odbc drivers 12 install on solaris 10 (intel) workstation
- teradata 12 express
- unixODBC (2.2.14).

BUT it works on a Debian 5 (intel workstation) with th odbc driver 12 on the teradata express 12.

Anyone can help me ?

Thanks for your help

Re: OBDC Segmentation fault / core dump on Solaris

Why do you list unixODBC? Are you trying to use unixODBC Driver Manager with ODBC Driver for Teradata?

Re: OBDC Segmentation fault / core dump on Solaris

ODBC Driver for Teradata ships with DataDirect ODBC Driver Manager; to my knowledge it is not certified with unixODBC Driver Manager. Sorry I have no experience with unixODBC Driver-Manager.
