OBIEE sourcing from Teradata nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS

Experts,

We are sourcing from Teradata 13 on our OBIEE 11g running on Windows server 2008 64Bit but we are getting errors in the dashboards as follows:

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 16001] ODBC error state: S0002 code: -3807 message: [Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata Database] Object 'W_INT_ORG_D' does not exist. . [nQSError: 16014] SQL statement preparation failed. (HY000)

I have tried all Oracle forums without any success. These tables exist in the Teradata database but we are getting object 'W_INT_ORG_D' does not exist. We can update roll count in the Admintool in OBIEE and view data.

Thank you in advance.

IMO the SQL Statement does not use a two-part fully qualified table name (i.e. DatabaseName.TableName); therefore you must change the default database. You can specify the Default Database in the ODBC Data Source or connection string.

Hi,

I was facing the same issue. The tip you provided worked. Thanks,
