ODBC V13, 64bit on Linux failed to connect to Teradata V13 Express VM

Hi! We have installed Teradata V13.10 64bit ODBC Driver on Red Hat Linux V5 and configured the odbc.ini to point to a database on TERADATA Express V13 VM on another Linux.
First we encountered a bit mode problem, apparently Teradata V13.10 ODBC Driver installation sets up all the symbolic links to point to the 32bit llibraries instead of the 64bit libraries even though our Linux is 64bit, so we manually reset all the symbolic links to point to the 64bit libraries.
Then after we were able to load the libraries and find the DSN in odbc.ini, we are now getting a database error "0 523 80" at connection.
Since we are connecting from V13 ODBC Driver to V13 Teradata Express, there does not seem to be a version compatibility issue here.
Any tip is appreciated.

Regards, Nancy

Use the template /opt/teradata/client/ODBC_64/odbc.ini. Modify this odbc.ini to point to your database and set this file to ODBCINI env. variable.
