SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 and Teradata .NET provider

I keep getting the below error when trying to create a data source view in SSAS:
[Teradata Database] [3523] The user does not have SELECT access to DBC.DBCInfo.

Obviously, in our warehouse environment, users don't have access to the DBC database. Does anyone know of a workaround? How can I get the provider to display tables from the database I specify?

I’ve tried using the database name in the optional components of the data source but that doesn’t seem to help.

Thanks.

The provider wants to know what version of Teradata DBMS you're using (TdConnection.ServerVersion property). SELECT access for the DBC.DBCInfo view should normally be granted to PUBLIC. I can't think of any workaround.

I was able to get access to DBC and now I'm good.

Thanks!
