"PE only" nodes - should they be included in the "COP" list?

In our new TD14.10 system, we have a new feature that I have never dealt with in past releases: "PE only" nodes. In our new TD14.10 system we have some "PE only" nodes which only

contain PEs (i.e. they do not contain any AMPs). Should these "PE only" nodes be included in the DNS/hosts "COP" list?

If your site uses cop hostnames, then each node that is running a Teradata Database Gateway (GTW) process should have a cop# hostname defined in DNS.

Keep in mind that cop hostnames are not required. As an alternative, you can use round-robin DNS -- a single hostname in DNS mapped to multiple IP addresses, using the IP addresses of every node that is running a GTW process.

Thanks for the information, and the quick response (I posed this queston to TeradataAtYourService 4 weeks ago!).  As FYI, I see the gateway running on both PE nodes.
