Backing up the database objects without the data

I found a similiar thread to my question, but I am unclear about the answer even after reading the Teradata Archive/Restore manual. Do the following commands backup all the database objects without the user database data?

I am looking for a command that backups up the DBC configuration (including user and database configurations), and all the database objects (stored procedures, table definitions, macros, etc) including user database objects without backing up the actual data in the user databases.

.logon ******;

archive dictionary tables (dbc) ALL,

release lock,

output row count,

file = filename;

logoff;
