Blocking by TCRM Application

Has anyone experienced table blocking between the TCRM Navigation (Online Server) and Campaign or Task Broker (Batch/Offline Servers). We have some performance slowdowns due to this blocking. The Business users working in the Application complain about it being slow and when I look they were being blocked by either Task Broker or Campaign Process Server (CPS). Could you let me know what you have done to help alleviate or minimize this blocking.
