Can I do some SQL statement in a successful exit from a stored procedure?

Hi all,
I've to do this: I call a procedure but I need to make a call to another SP when the first call goes in exit phase...
I try to be more clear: I call a SP that insert few values in a table and, when it terminate its execution, I need to call another SP which insert a row in a "log table" (my own log table in which I log the status of all the calls I do).
I can do this with a DECLARE EXIT HANDLER clause?
If it's possible, how I can do?

Thanks!
