Cleaning up logically deleted space of a column-partitioned table

Hello,

is there a way to find out how much space of a column-partitioned table is allocated to logically deleted space caused by an update or selective delete?

My objective is to implement an automatic maintenance for column-partitioned tables that performs a reload whenever a specific percentage of logically deleted space (20%, for instance) has been exceeded.
