Data format change using mload

Hello,

I am loading a table using mLoad feature and column layout in source file for Column1 & Column2 is  YYYY-MM-DD-HH.MI.SS.S(6) .

Insterstingly once the data gets loaded into table, data layout for Column1 shows as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI:SS.S(6)  while for Column2 remains as is.

I am not able to find out how does '-' character goes missing & '.' character used between Hours,Minutes & second converts to ':' colon for one column and no change happens for Column2.

Source layout in mload is varchar(250) for both Column1 & Column2

also, data type in table for corresponding Column1 & Column2 is varchar(26).

No conversion function applied in mload script too.

Sample source value in file

Column1 : 2017-06-18-12.46.33.050578

Column2 : 2017-06-20-21.36.35.097023

Value in table:

Column1 : 2017-06-18 12:46:33.050578

Column2 : 2017-06-20-21.36.35.097023

Can someone suggest reason for this weird behaviour

Re: Data format change using mload

Either the datatype of Column2 is TIMESTAMP(6) (which it should be when the data is a timestamp) or there's an intermediate type cast.

Can you show the actual MLOAD?
