Difference between CPUUSERV & CPUUEXEC in ResUsageScpu

Hi Teradata Masters,

Could you please tell me the exact difference between coulmns CPUUSERV & CPUUEXEC in the ResUsageScpu table.

I have gathered some information from the Resource Usage Macros & Tables Pdf that :
CPU busy time = CPUUServ + CPUUExec

But the definitions mentioned in the pdf for the two columns does not give much understanding.

CPUUServ:Time in centiseconds CPU is busy executing user
service code, that is, privileged work performing
system services on behalf of user execution
processes which do not have root access.

CPUUExec: Time in centiseconds CPU is busy executing user
execution code, that is, time spent in a user state on
behalf of a process.

Could anyone give me the differences in details.

Thanks !!!
