How can I spot strings that are in UPPER case?

How can I spot strings that are in UPPER case?

Is there a way to tell whether or not a string value is in upper case?

Intuitively you tend to think along the lines of testing UPPER() = but that doesn’t work because Teradata (at least, our installation of Teradata) is not case specific in its searches or comparisons.

Trying > or < instead of = doesn’t work for the same reason.

TIA.

select *
from tab
where col (casespecific) = upper(col)

or
where col (cs) = upper(col)
