There are several ways that you may follow to accomplish this:
1) If you have the MP-RAS graphical environment enabled, you may . active the dbw (Database Window) tool (# dbw ); . go to "supervisor" window; . run the command "get resource" to see the defined RSS rates . run the command "set resource" to change the previous rates . run the command "get logtable all" to see the status of all RSS tables . run the command "set logtable all" to activate all the RSS tables, or run "set logtable
to activate individual tables
2) If you do not have MP-RAS graphical environment enabled, you may do the same thing mentioned previously through the tool "cnsterm". If I am not wrong, you will need to logon as root to use this tool
3) You may do that through Teradata Manager Tool in Windows, through the option "Administer/Database Console" then select "Utilities/Operator Console" from the remote console utility.
You may find more detailed information in the "Teradata Utilities" manuals.
