I want to execute a macro at a fix time every day in teradata, how can I realize it!
IS there any thing like job function in Oracle?

Job scheduling is usually done using a Unix cron-job.
It can also be done using Teradata Manager.

Hi,

I have the same requirement. Do we still have Teradata Manager or is there any newer tool/functionality in R14?

Thanks in advance,

Or you  can use the Teradata Query Scheduler utility if it has been installed. It's been included with TTU for years. I've had it installed since 12. Have your DBA add you to a scheduler profile of TQS  with the required execution timeframe configured

Then you will have the option to scheduled directly from SQLA under tools menu.
