I have a Teradata database 15.10 instance on AWS and would like to increase its size. The problem I am facing right now is that the disk space is not big enough. Many articles online suggest that create a bigger volumn and migrate data from old volumn to the new one.
However, I would like to do:
1. Create a new EBS volumn
2. Attach the new volumn to my Teradata instance
3. Reboot the instance
4. Increase the database perm size to my desired size
