Yes, using INSERT-SELECT.

 plz anybody tell me while creating table in teradata all these

  NO FALLBACK ,

     NO BEFORE JOURNAL,

     NO AFTER JOURNAL,CHARACTER SET LATIN NOT CASESPECIFIC

come by default.If yes then why?

plz explain this with reason..

Teradata database manaul should give you enough information to understand these options in more detail. Did you try looking there?
