Problems with two views on different Databases

Hi.

Two databases are exists.

The first view layout at db1. I named it VIEW1, the secont view layout at db2, I named it VIEW2.

VIEW2 linked with VIEW1:

CREATE VIEW DB2.VIEW2 AS

LOCKING ROW ACCESS

SEL v.field1

FROM DB1.VIEW1 v;

 When I connected to TD server as user "dbc" and execute "select * from VIEW2",

teradata show an error:

SELECT Failed. 5315:  An owner referenced by user does not have SELECT WITH GRANT OPTION access to DB1.VIEW1.field1.

WHY??? DBC has max rights access.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Problems with two views on different Databases

The database where the view is stored need select rights with grant option on the source table (or DB).
