I know that by canceling a rollback we will be loose the table and it will have to be re-populated.
Apart from this effect, are their any other risks (for example related to the whole Teradata system) I have to consider? I know from previous Teradata releases, that only CS was able to cancel rollbacks. But as in the meanwhile it can be done with the rcvmanager by issuing the CANCEL ROLLBACK ON ... statement, i wonder if this is risky. The Teradata documentation doesn't indicate any risks, only that the table's content probably is lost.
