Index wizard needs a workload comprised of typical queries to be effective. You can (I think) pull that from DBQL in the tool or take the queries and build a workload with them manually in the tool. Doing a SELECT * on all tables won't tell you much about secondary indexes. You need to know how they are actually used.
And, as always, when applying any kind of indexing, look at the explain plan of the queries you are targeting before and after. If the plan doesn't improve enough, drop the indexes.
