Stored Procedures behavior in a high concurrence environment

Hi,

I am working with a system containing 14 nodes.

A user wants to keep centralized into Teradata some scoring rules.

He considered to create a stored procedure with some parameters, because it is easier to maintain and guarantees that everyone would have access to the same set of rules.

He is expecting to have around 1,000 concurrent requests against the stored procedure, at average, made from some online systems.

This stored procedure will not involve data access, only logical calculations made with basis on the parameters provided to the stored procedure, during its call, and will return a score pontuation.

Having said that, here is the question:

How Teradata manage such concurrence? Can we expect that 1,000 calls to that stored procedure would be managed in parallel through the 14 nodes? What could be the bottleneck on this picture?

Thanks in advanced for any help provided.
