In my Teradata Manager, I defined different alert policies for different environemets (dev, qua, prod).
The function Send an E mail works for two environements but not for one.
Anyone knows the possible reason? And is there a special config to define to make it work?
There are a bunch of things to analyze here to determine root cause. Are these different Teradata Manager instances or leveraing one? I'm guessing different instances. If email is working on two but not the other, then your know SMTP operations are functional but may not be setup correctly for that third instance. Can you generically spawn an SMTP operation from that Teradata Manager instance? You may want to review your setup. Honestly, I would suggest getting with the Teradata Global Support Center to help you isolate this issue which appears to be configuration related.

There is only one manager instance. All the policies are defined in this unique instance.
