Why there are 2 'Help session' entries in DBQL whenever a user logged in?

Why there are 2 'Help session' entries in DBQL whenever a user logged in?

Does TD internally fires the 'Help session' command, just curious to know ..  

I'm on TD 15.10 and logged in through SQL Assistant.

The driver and/or the application may use HELP SESSION under the covers to determine the database version and other properties of the session.
