if u dont want the dba to see the reccords what kind of mechanism/technique we should use?

view,

macro,

row levele security

and i forget some option.

If I am not wrong and understand your question corrently then I would say a DBA user who has created the database/user where you are creating the objects will have the implicit select access to the objects... so don't think you can do that!

Can you explain what exactly your are trying to achieve?

this s some certification qestion.i think row level security doesnt give any implicit acess?

row level security is the most granular level security option provided in TD 14, to only allow the users with proper access rights to access the information. Previously one could secure the access at database level and table/view level...
