identify the table immediately where any DML operation happened

Hi Forum,

I have more than 500+ tables in my Teradata environment. I have a requirement to identify the table immediately where any DML operation (only insert/delete/update only) happened. Is there any way to achieve this without trigger? My preferred option would be using any data dictionary table; also the approach should be less resource consuming. Can anyone help me in this please?

Regards,

Mansa

Re: identify the table immediately where any DML operation happened

You can achieve that using DBQL tables, if enabled. But it will be a resource consuming process.

Can you put some more light on why do you need to do this?
