issue importing data

Trying to import some data, and getting a strange error:  Error importing record 0:  [2617] Overflow occurred computing an expression involving test_fusf.Subscriber_No
Only 0 rows were loaded.

A sample of the data I'm trying to upload is below (don't worry, no SSNs or anything sensitive).

BAN,SUBSCRIBER_NO,PRODUCT_TYPE,TAX_TYPE,TAX_AUTH,EFFECTIVE_DATE,EXPIRATION_DATE,CC_PC_CODE

110601111,0,A,40,0,1/8/2015,12/31/2015,2000099
110629946,0,A,40,0,2/11/2015,9/11/2015,5000091

the table I created is below. The imported file is a CSV. I made sure to skip the header row, set the delimiter to comma... not sure what I'm missing. The subscriber number in some cases is a 0, and in others is a 10 digit number.

create volatile table test_fusf (BAN number,Subscriber_No integer,product_type varchar(1),Tax_Type integer,Tax_Auth integer,Effective_Date date,Expiration_Date date,CC_PC_CODE integer)ON COMMIT PRESERVE ROWS;

Re: issue importing data

INTEGER can hold 9-digit numbers safely, but only some 10-digit numbers. The maximum value for INTEGER is 2147483647
