I have one column, of string data type, having different date formates, how to transforms it to one formate
for example

14-6-1976
25/10/1984
21 July,1979
9-2-1979
14-6-1976

I want to conver it to "DD-MM-YYYY" format

Hello,

I remember such question being asked couple days back...but wasn't able to find it.

Once again the same answer is: Your best option will be to implement a UDF or get the is_date or to_date UDF from Teradata downloads.
