tpareset -f consequences

what are the tpareset -f consequences does it remove all the logs as i have read that it clears the crash count. does it remove previous dumps or will not create dumps any more.

No, logs and dumps are not affected.

Basically it forces a full restart on all nodes of the system. As alreasy indicated you can find more details in the Teradata documentation, Utilities manual.
