Hitting row size maximum from Oracle to Teradata

We have a 100+ column table that has some columns defined as VARCHAR2(1333 CHAR ) in ORACLE. When it passes through IDR (Informatica Data Replication) tool it gets converted into VARCHAR(4000) to be created onto Teradata.

Resulting in the total row length summing upto more than 64K bytes.

We are on TD 13.

Does anyone have a solution to deal with this situation?

Thanks in advance.
