Interpretation of PhysIOKB in dbc.QryLogSteps

Hello,

I'm interested in the field PhysIOKB (dbc.QryLogSteps).

It's based on the ExtraField30 in  DBC.DBQLStepTbl.

As mentionned in the Database Administration documentation :

PhysIOKB is Physical I/Os in KB per step.

When I SUM(PhysIOKB) group by date and minute (every minute).

I got a peak value of SUM(PhysIOKB )= 1.7 E11

What does that mean ?

If PhysIOKB is Physical I/Os in KB

My interpretation of this peak is 1.7E11 KB  = 170 TB  !!!

My Physical Teradata database is 65 TB, how the Physical I/O manipulated could represent 170 TB

What's wrong in my interpretation please ?

How are you breaking down Total I/O for the step to minute-by-minute values?
