Is it possible to have AMPCPU however no IO for any query ?

Hi All

I was looking into DBQL logs and to my surprise for SAS application, I find below numbers:

     ampcputime       totaliocount   query_execution_time   query_cnt
172361035426577

All queries were SELECT queries.

Is it possible to have 0 as TOTALIO count ? Or is it some setting/configuration for SAS appid which is missing in the dbql or is not storing IO values ?

TIA

Nitin

Hi Nitin,

This won't be a SAS (i.e. application) setting because these values are calculated by the DBMS, not by the application.

Assuming that this isn't a bug then I can only think of a stored procedure - which doesn't run any SQL commands - would give these types of values.

Cheers,

Dave.
