Hi,

Maybe, if you have Query logging turned on for all users. Something like:

select count(*)
from dbc.dbqlogtbl
where timestamp 'point-in-time-of-interest' between firststeptime and firstresptime;

You may also be able to use Rewind in Viewpoint to get close to the "point in time time of interest" and then count the number of 'active' sessions in Query Monitor.
