OREPLACE gives an error, how to confirm its available

hi

I get the below error when using OREPLACE() function

SELECT OREPLACE('123-456-7890','-','')

SELECT Failed. [3706] Syntax error: expected something between '(' and the string '1'.

This is my database version, how do i confirm OREPLACE is available, or is it part of standard installation

select * from dbc.dbcinfo;

InfoKey InfoData
RELEASE 13.10.03.02
VERSION 13.10.03.06
LANGUAGE SUPPORT MODE Standard

thanks

Use select * from dbc.functionsV  .....

As far as I remember, oreplace was not there in 13.
