TASM Workload Exception Raise Alert check box is not sending alert.
We have TASM running on TTU 12 and RDBMS 126.96.36.199. We have a number of workload definitions with exceptions that have the Raise Alert check box checked. In that entry field we have selected the Email DBA alert that is defined in the Teradata Manager's Alert Policies. However, we do not receive these email alerts, even though we see the exception firing. For example, when someone is sent to the Penalty Box, we would like a notification via email but it doesn't happen. Anyone have any ideas on this? Is it a bug or do we not have something confirgured properly.
