Visual Studio 2017

The download page for the Teradata client 16.20.01, http://downloads.teradata.com/download/connectivity/net-data-provider-for-teradata,  includes a link to VS 2017 Integration Package.  That link downloads Teradata.Client.VS.zip.  The instructions on the page say to execute the package.  Teradata.Client.VS is a zip file, without an executable.  How does one install it?

Re: Visual Studio 2017

Unzip the file first. You should then have a directory structure with executable inside.

Re: Visual Studio 2017

Change ZIP extension to VSIX; i.e. change Teradata.Client.VS.zip to Teradata.Client.VS.vsix. Now, you can double-click the file to run it assuming you have VS 2017 installed; but before installing the VSIX file, you should installed the Data Provider first.
