Question regarding QGM2.5 Teradata to Hortonwork's Hive?

regarding QGM2.5 Teradata to Hortonwork's Hive:

-    Why does hive connector or QGM need these OS users?

-    What is it used for?

The access to the following OS users (hive, hdfs, yarn, tdqg) by hive connector is mandatory, and hive user does not have access to the Hive repository. Is it a problem for the hive connector?

Re: Question regarding QGM2.5 Teradata to Hortonwork's Hive?

Allowed OS users are the list of users who will get access to our shared memory. For a Hive connector, you must add the user executing the query (which may be hive user, yarn user, Kerberos principal, or another authorized user).
