BSD compatibility

Hi,

Is it possible to connect to a Teradata database from BSD (OpenBSD, FreeBSD, NetBSD)?  The official Teradata web site has ODBC drivers for Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, and Mac. So I guess BSD is not officially supported, but would any of these drivers work in BSD?

If an ODBC driver is not available, are there alternate ways to connect to a Teradata db from BSD?

Thanks,

Jane.

Re: BSD compatibility

BSD is not a supported client operating system for any of the Teradata client connectivity products.

The only supported way for a BSD application to connect to the Teradata Database is to use the Teradata REST Services.
