Why LOAD/Update TPT operators don't load data to secondary index table

I read TPT of type LOAD/UPDATE operator can't load data to target table that has unique secondary index. But, it seems like it can load data into table with non-unique secondary index.

So, my question is. Why these operators can't load data to USI table when it can load data to NUSI table?

That is becasue while loading to NUSI table, it is a AMP local operation and AMPS dont need to communicate with each other whereas in USI, it is not a AMP local operation. Load utilities are supposed to load data fast so this is very important.
