TPT Issue

While execution getting error:  TPT19134 !ERROR! Fatal data error processing file 'C:\CAP\OTL_ARTOAR.txt'. Delimited Data Parsing error: Column length overflow(s) in row 1.

Also tried to give fixed length approach getting same error. Could you please give resolution for this issue.
