User password stored in history

When I create a user in SQL Assistant, the pw stored in history is replaced by "*****".

How can I enable similar functionality in Studio 15.10?

Re: User password stored in history

Sam, Studio does mask the password from a CREATE/MODIFY USER statements in the SQL History. This was done in release version 13.11.

Re: User password stored in history

Thanks for the prompt response - sorry I missed it ;-(

Now that filtering is not case sensitive (hurray!!!) - I've searched my history.  I actually identified that there have been a few create statements with masked passwords.  But I can re-execute the same statement and it only masks a small percentage of the time.  Tried different formats & "" - this doesn't really make a difference in whether the password is masked or not.   I can take a statement that masks correctly in assistant, bring it to Studio and it will not mask.

Any suggestions?

@SGalvez, Can you describe what you are trying to do? Are you trying to copy a CREATE USER statement from SQL Assistant history and paste into Studio SQL Editor window?
