dragging and dropping table names into SQL EDITOR window always brings double quotes around them...

I don't want double quotes accompanying my database.table names that I'm dragging from database schema into SQL editor window.

example:

I drag n drop MYDATABASE.MYTABLE from the schema window on left into the SQL editor on right.

when I release the left click of the mouse into the SQL editor window, the text that appears in the SQL editor window is   "MYDATABASE"."MYTABLE"

I want to find a setting to turn off the double quotes!  otherwise I just end up finding and replacing them.

KG, What database are you dragging from, Teradata, Aster, or Hadoop? Teradata only quotes names that need to be quoted. Aster will always quote names due to Aster;s case sensitivity. Hadoop does not quote names.
