unable to open Teradata studio on mac os 10.13 after installation

Dear ,

 

I installed tera data studio 16.10.01 on mac os ver 10.13, after installing jdk and tera data studio, when i try to open tera data on my mac, it is not opening and "showing an error has occured and see the log file .metadata/.log," Please help me.

 

when i checked the log file, I see this the below erros in log file:

It sounds like Studio did not come up. I have not seen this error before but looks like something did not get installed or was corrupted. Most issues during startup are because of a bad JDK. Can you try deleting the current Studio download and re-download the Studio Mac OSx package and reinstalling? Thanks

Yes, i tried re-installing both fresh jdk and terastudio 16.10.01 version few times and rebooted mac to make sure all packages were correctly installed. during installation there is no errros, only teradata studio is failing to open when i try to open the application after installing.
