Oracle.Net Not under Connection Dialogue

I have installed Teradata Sql Assistant 15.0 and all of the other tools under TTU 15 package.
I have Windows 7 64 bit machine
I noticed that Oracle.Net was not in the connection dialogue menu under Provider.
I have ODP.Net installed for other Oracle applications.
Can someone, please, help on how to get Oracle.Net under connection dialogue or propose another connection method excluding ODBC.
I am also using TNS names for another Oracle application if it helps.
Appreciate all of the help in advance.

Re: Oracle.Net Not under Connection Dialogue

Can someone, please, help. I have ODP. Net 64 Bit installed and Teradata SQL Assistant 15.00 should automatically reference the driver. The only available options I see under provider menu are ODBC and Teradata.Net. Is there a way to get Oracle.Net connection dialogue under provider menu? Or connect another way via TNS Names. I want to avoid ODBC as much as possible.

Re: Oracle.Net Not under Connection Dialogue

SQL Assistant is still a 32bit application i believe (even with version 15) i'm not sure it can use the 64bit .NET is there a 32bit .Net from Oracle you try?

Re: Oracle.Net Not under Connection Dialogue

Check the version of your Oracle client (and thus the ODP.NET driver).

Found information elsewhere that SQL Assistant version 15.0.0.<something> requires ODP.NET 2.122.2.0 or higher (from 2.111.7.0 for previous versions). I had 2.112.1.0...
