TPT_INFRA: TPT01162: Error: Unable to create the file INSTALLDIR/logs/TWBJobSeqNo

TPT13 installed on windows 2003 x64. I installed both x32 and x64 TPT13.
After installation, the env variable pointed to x64 version.
====================
COPLIB=C:\Program Files\Teradata\Client\13.0\CLIv2\
DataConnectorLibPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\Teradata\Client\13.0\bin
TWB_ROOT=C:\Program Files\Teradata\Client\13.0\Teradata Parallel Transporter
_MSGCATLOCATION=C:\Program Files\Teradata\Client\13.0\Teradata Parallel Transporter\msg64
====================

I changed TWB_ROOT, COPLIB and _MSGCATLOCATION to x86 TPT.
====================
COPLIB=C:\Program Files (x86)\Teradata\Client\13.0\CLIv2\
TWB_ROOT=C:\Program Files (x86)\Teradata\Client\13.0\Teradata Parallel Transporter
_MSGCATLOCATION=C:\Program Files (x86)\Teradata\Client\13.0\Teradata Parallel Transporter\msg
====================

Unfortunately, A simple tbuild job failed. Looks like tbuild didn't interpret INSTALLDIR correctly. Any ideas on this issue??

c:\> tbuild.exe -fMYTGT_1.ctl MYTGT -z0
Teradata Parallel Transporter Version 13.00.00.02

Re: TPT_INFRA: TPT01162: Error: Unable to create the file INSTALLDIR/logs/TWBJobSeqNo

Is it possible that the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Teradata\Client\13.0\Teradata Parallel Transporter" does not exist ?

If it is already present, do a reinstall of 32 bit TPT Infrastructure package alone. This will reset the environment variables to the right ones.

Script-based TPT only has a 32-bit version. The API portion of TPT has both 32-bit and 64-bit libraries. In order to run 32-bit script-based TPT, you need all of the environment variables to point to the 32-bit directories.

Make sure the user has access to the directory where the logs will be stored (the "logs" directory under TWB_ROOT).
