i will start with the first one i am working currently on a revenue decile analysis to compare usage of customer across different revenue decils so as to customise offers as per the revenue bucket vis-a-vis the usage of the customers
Perhaps looking at the types of calls and the numbers called to customize an offer based on usage patterns. For example, if customer A makes most of their calls to the same 10 numbers at similar times perhaps a plan that rewards this behavior with a discount if X$ of incremental revenue is generated from other activity? (i.e. DSL sign up)
Customer B makes most of their calls overseas, perhaps a discount that drives incremental revenue for that activity.
Try to find out what they do and reward them via a discount for a bundled service. Obviously the bundled service would depend on what you have to offer.
