I spoke with the database engineers and they told me that you will need to open an incident with the GSC.
Database engineers will only be able to analyze the cause of this internal error by either looking at a crashdump (if there was one), or look at your live system when the error is detected.
I had to rename, re-create (and decrease the partition range), and transfer almost 1 bi of rows to the new table, then (after some "No more spool space") re-run my loader.
The cursed load all my files as if nothing had happened...
Ok, but the strange thing is that the other similar pipe loader had the same problem...
I had to recreate the other table too...
I'm waiting for this problem to happen again, if it happens I'll request help.
