Are there currently any User Interface or Backend issues in Teradata AppCenter?

User Interface known issues:

 

  • When the user schedules a job, the status is not updated automatically. The user needs to refresh it manually.
  • While providing App configuration and Result Configuration, we need to explicitly hit SAVE and CONTINUE buttons after adding or deleting fields for the changes to be reflected.
  • When a user generates visualizations with heavy data, the rendering in browser is slow and visualizations are sometimes distorted.
  • The user cannot delete a system today.
  • When a non admin user logs in, the user sees a 403 console error (console from developer tools) which is fine as the functionality is not affected currently.
  • When a user adds an LDAP connection with incorrect port number, we see an error dialogue displayed as “Unknown Error” with no error code.
  • For Java Apps, after uploading zip file, App configurations fields are not populated.

 

Backend known issues:

 

  • App-service API : Result configuration for Shopping Analyzer is not populated.
  • App-service API : Tries to send email notification even if no smtp-config is created.
